<p>Deanna and I took two boats like this to get to Gurupá, with an overnight in between in Porto de Moz.</p>

<p>On the way home we got a ride on a barge or ferry, twenty-two hours on the boat, and then eight hours in our car, and we were home.</p>

<p>We got a liter of açai in Porto de Moz and had a relaxing supper on the line boat with some cheese, ham, and peanuts. Can you see that happily exhausted feeling of a good trip, when you are on your way home with only about 20 hours to go?</p>
