Our hope is that the mom’s will like it and come back. Here is a 30 second clip of a Mother’s Day Rap / Song / Dance.
The children also did a short skit. It went something like this:
Scene 1:
Mother: We have no food except dry bread.
Children: Let’s go to church. Maybe they will help us.
Mother: I hate God. I hate church. No one may go.
Scene 2:
The pastor and some people from the church stop by to visit and to bring some food. They ask to pray for those in the home.
Scene 3:
The mother wants to go to church the next Sunday, but now all the children do not want to go. Loud complaining.
Scene 4:
The children have a private meeting. They decide that since it is Mother’s Day, they will honor their mother by all going to church with her.
END.
This is quite close to how many of these people live.
