We left for our honeymoon the same day. When we got back from Mexico we went to our pastors and said, “OK. Now we are ready to become missionaries”. Our pastors wisely said, “Slow down a bit. You just got married. Take a year now to get to know each other.” It was the best year of our lives. And each year since then has been better than the year before.
